Lemon Butter Sauce
Ingredients: * 1/2 cup of chicken stock
* a splash of white wine
* 2 tablespoons of butter
* 2 tablespoons of cream
* 2 ounces of parmesan cheese
* 1 spoonful of crushed pepper
* 1 teaspoon of salt
Steps: Heat the wine in a large pot. Put in the chicken stock and stir. Add the butter and cream.
Stir until they are combined. Add the cheese, pepper and salt. Stir until slightly thickened and take it off the
stove.
